Horizon Christian tops Helix boys Saturday

HELIX - Horizon Christian came here Saturday smarting from it first Big Sky loss to Sherman County on Friday.

HC wasted no time in regaining its winning swagger.

HC jumped to a 16-7 lead after one and didn't take its foot off the gas, posting a 91-28 win over Helix.

"They are a really a good team," Grizzly coach Brooke Garton said. "It's frustrating, but we are getting better every game. We're just playing some tough teams."

Zach Sundin led the Grizzlies with 13 points. Dusty Bennett and Derek Clark kicked in five each for Helix.

Sam Anthony led HC with a game-high 22.

Helix travels to Nixyaawii Friday.
