WALLA WALLA - Local golfers Ryan and Emily Baumgart had second-place finishes at Washington State Junior Golf tournaments recently.
On June 28 at the Yakima Country Club, Ryan Baumgart shot a 73 on the par-72 course for second place in the boys 16-17 division.
Emily Baumgart shot 91 for second in the girls 12-13 division.
Bryce Scott shot 87 in the boys 16-17 division, and in the boys 12-13 division Nathan Towner shot a 91 and Dylan Greninger a 95.
On Wednesday at The Links at Moses Point, Ryan Baumgart shot even-par 72 for second place, and Emily Baumgart also turned in a second-place performance.
Towner shot an 85 and Scott Kimball a 100.
