Shakespeare Walla Walla to present three plays

Shakespeare Walla Walla opens its fourth summer season in Walla Walla in a festival format.

In addition to the outdoor productions of Shakespeare's "Macbeth" and "The Comedy of Errors" at the Fort Walla Walla Amphitheatre, the play "Swansong," by Patrick Page, will be performed at the Power House Theatre, 111 N. Sixth Ave.

"Macbeth" opens the festival Aug. 3-7 at Fort Walla Walla Amphitheater, 755 N.E. Myra Road. "The Comedy of Errors" runs Aug. 10-14. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for seniors 65-up and youths under 12.

"Swansong" makes its Walla Walla debut with 7:30 p.m. performances and 2 p.m. weekend matinees Aug. 4-7, 9 and 11-14. Tickets are $10-$25 for adults and $8.50-$21.25 for seniors 65-up and youths under 12. Performances at the Power House Theatre are reserved seating.
