Walla Wallans Ray and Delores Reynard celebrated their 50th anniversary July 8 with a special dinner at the Modern Restaurant attended by their children, daughter-in-law, two grandchildren and their son-in-law's parents.
The Reynards owned a local business, Kwik-Kill Pest Control. They retired and spend winters in their motor home in California and Arizona.
Ray is a past Lions Club president. He enjoys sporting events, travel and fishing in Alaska.
Delores is originally from South Dakota and was a school teacher, before retiring to stay home with the children and be a homemaker.
She enjoys reading, exercise, shopping, animals and time with her children and grandchildren.
They have traveled extensively throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada and Europe. Both enjoy playing cards and attend Assumption Catholic Church.
They have three children, a son-in-law and daughter-in-law, Corey and Darcie Reynard and Kyle Reynard, all of Walla Walla; and Jill Reynard Langis and Chad Langis of Renton, Wash.; and two grandchildren, Devon and Kendall Langis, also of Renton.
