Where: Regular session at the Port administrative office, 310 A St.; work session at Dominick's on the Runway.

• project lists: Review the Port and airport master lists of projects.

• budget: Conduct a mid-year budget review.

• farm: Discuss an update on the Port's farming properties.

• chevron cleanup: Discuss the cleanup plan from a petroleum leak at the Burbank Industrial Park.

• WPPA: Discuss an office building purchase related to the Washington Public Ports Association.

• transportation panel: Discuss Commissioner Mike Fredrickson's appointment by the governor to a statewide transportation panel and its efforts thus far.

• Sustainable living Center: Receive a presenation from the Sustainable Living Center.

• surplus equipment: Consider authorizing the surplus of certain airport equipment.

• correspondence reports: Review leases entered into by administrative staff, a Railex rail car activity report, updates on three awarded contracts, the passenger boarding report and the calendar of events.

• closed session: Commissioners will convene in an executive session at 3:30 p.m. to review the potential acquisition of real estate with Port legal counsel.
