DAYTON -- Advance tickets are now on sale for the Carson & Barnes Circus, scheduled for two shows here June 30.
Tickets can be purchased at the Dayton Chamber of Commerce and Dayton Mercantile in Dayton, Hot Poop in Walla Walla, Waitsburg Grocery in Waitsburg, and Meyers Hardware in Pomeroy.
Tickets purchased in advance are $25 for a family of two adults and up to three children, or $10 per person general admission.
Tickets at the gate will be $18 for adults and $10 for children.
The circus will be held on the grounds of the Blue Mountain Station on the west side of Dayton. Parking will available at the Harvest Christian Church.
The Carson & Barnes Circus has been on the road for over 75 seasons, and is the largest tented show in the United States today.
The show includes jugglers, acrobats, aerialists, elephants, clowns, dogs and ponies, according to the circus' website.
Sponsor of the circus is the Dayton Chamber of Commerce. Local businesses and individuals purchased over 350 tickets last month that will be donated to qualifying children in the community through Columbia County Community Network.
