MONDAY

zoning: Approve an amended request by Cameo Heights to allow an amendment to the county codes to allow for type III bed and breakfast guesthouses with expanded food service.

purchase: Approve purchase of imaging server for county Clerk's Office.

fire protection: Approve contract with Western States Fire Protection Company for double check valve assembly project in Juvenile Justice Center, Health Department and Elections Department.

bus stop: Public hearing on request by Washington state Department of Transportation to construct and maintain a bus stop in county public right of way. Action on item may follow.

TUESDAY

workshop: Reports and miscellaneous items. No formal action to be taken.

Columbia County

When: Monday, 10 a.m.

Where: Commission Room, Courthouse.

FRANCHISE: Set public hearing date for granting franchise to the city of Dayton to operate a water and sewer utility within the county right-of-way.

LITTER GRANT: Discuss 2011-2013 litter control grant.

PUBLIC HEALTH: Discuss professional service contracts, staff training, environmental health, public health and financial matters.

BMAC: Hear report on consolidated homeless grant from representatives of Blue Mountain Action Council.

ASSESSOR: Meet with Assessor Chris Miller to discuss software conversion costs and interfund loan for costs related to conversion to annual revaluation.

COURTHOUSE: Discuss All Wheels Weekend and spruce tree with courthouse maintenance supervisor Seth Teeters.

PROSECUTOR: Discuss fire marshal and plant nursery issues with county Prosecutor Rea Culwell.

REDISTRICTING: Schedule meeting to consider redistricting.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Discuss job description for maintenance supervisor.

TRAINING: Discuss public records training for the clerk of the board.

PRESCOTT SCHOOL BOARD

When: 8:30 a.m. Monday

Where: Vista Hermosa Retreat House

What: Work Session

EVALUATIONS: Will review MAP scores, EOC, MSP, HSPE results.

CEE: Will review recommendation by the Center for Educational Effectiveness.

GOALS: Will review current board goals and set annual board goals.

POLICY: Review policy recommendations made by the Washington State School Directors Association.
