Antonio Moreno Mendez, 44, 4409 W. Henry St., Pasco. Wednesday. Charges: investigation of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

Meagan Hines, 18, 118 Dehaven St. Wednesday. Charge: investigation of theft by receiving.
Collisions
WW County Sheriff
45 Terminal Loop. 1:53 p.m. Wednesday. Two vehicles involved in a minor parking lot collision. No injuries.
Middle Waitsburg Road at Waggoner Road. 10 a.m. Tuesday. Driver lost control of vehicle on gravel and went off the road into a field. No injuries.
