- Adam R. Sellers, 32, 304 Bussell Road, was sentenced June 17 on one count each second-degree driving while license suspended and obstructing a law enforcement officer and violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act-possession of heroin. The court dismissed three other counts. The sentence included restitution of $173.76, $200 in court costs, $62.70 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 each crime lab and biological fees, 90 days in the county jail, credit for 53 days served. On June 6 Sellers pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while his privilege was suspended or revoked and willfully hindering, delaying or obstructing a law enforcement officer on April 13 and to possessing heroin on or about April 22.
- Leslie Gay Guthrie, 50, 116 Bush St. was sentenced June 17 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act-delivery of hydrocodone within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $100.70 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 biological fee, 36 months and one day in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for six days served, 12 months community custody. On May 9 Guthrie pleaded guilty to delivering hydrocodone to another within 1,000 feet of a school bus stop designated by the school district on Nov. 10.
