Elks Scramble raises $1,500 for Children's Eye Center


MILTON-FREEWATER - Milton-Freewater Municipal Golf Course hosted the Elks Scramble Saturday, with 20 four-player teams competing.

Low gross honors in Flight 1 went to Craig Amsden, Monte Smith, Royal Hansen and Tyler Larson with a 49.

Flight 2 low gross went to Roger Mortimore, Rusty Britt, Rick Britt and Tanner Britt with a 57.

The event raised more than $1,500 for the Children's Eye Clinic in Portland.
