- INTRODUCTION: Will meet new fire chief and Emergency Management Services director for Garfield County Kris Darby.
- SURVEY: Discuss state nursing home survey and plan of correction.
- REPORTS: Hear reports from HUGS Auxiliary, resident council representative, medical staff, clinic and finance committee.
- MISSION: Will consider approving presentation of a refined version of the mission statement to staff at the next all staff meeting.
- STRATEGIC PLAN: Will consider approving strategic plan outline as presented by the management team.
- CAPITAL PROJECTS: Hear updates on nurse call system, tub room and EHR taskforce.
- CLOSED SESSION: Will meet in executive session for personnel matters.
