social services: Presentation on proposal for a one-tenth of one percent sales tax to fund mental health and substance abuse treatment. Discussion and possible action to set date for public hearing to take comment on proposal to follow. Matter to come before commissioners at 10 a.m. during time for Human Services Department.

speed limits: Approve ordinance to amend county code regarding speed limits to provide additional clarity and remove inconsistencies pertaining to speed limits on roads in unincorporated areas of the county. Matter to come before commissioners at or after 10:30 a.m. during time for Public Works Department.

TUESDAY

Workshop: Reports and miscellaneous business. No formal action to be taken.

Columbia County

Where: Commissioners Room, Courthouse.

GOLF COURSE: Consider waiving fees for high school golf team.

FAIRGROUNDS: Consider adopting revised fairgrounds rules to separate fees from the rules.

CLOSED SESSION: Meet in closed session to discuss personnel.

CONTRACT: Meet with Dimita Warren of Blue Mountain Counseling to consider contract with the state Department of Social and Health Services.

EXTENSION: Discuss cell phone with cooperative extension agent Paul Carter.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT: Consider resolution related to dispatch services.

DAYTON DAYS: Meet with Columbia County Fair Manager Shane Laib to discuss Dayton Days proposal.

CAMPAIGN: Meet with Dayton High School student Nicole Lambert to discuss the Draw the Line Campaign.

SALARY: Consider resolution to set commissioners' salary for 2015.

INMATES: Discuss insurance for inmates.

LIBRARY BOARD: Discuss Columbia County Rural Library District board nomination.

DOCUMENTS: Discuss document preservation.
