Tina L. Taylor, 41, 410 N. Third Ave., was charged March 2 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Taylor is accused of unlawfully delivering hydrocodone on Nov. 16 and Dec. 14.
Debra L. Hong, 38, 919 N. Eighth Ave., Apt. B, was charged March 3 with second-degree theft, second-degree perjury, and false verification of a welfare form. Hong is accused of wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, making a materially false statement, and making and subscribing a document that she didn't believe to be completely true and correct between Feb. 1, 2010, and Dec. 1, 2010.
Leslie G. Guthrie, 49, 116 Bush St., was charged March 3 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Guthrie is accused of unlawfully delivering hydrocodone within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop on Nov. 10.
Michael E. Williams, 31, 202 Malcolm St., was charged March 3 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of resisting arrest. Williams is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, using drug paraphernalia, and intentionally preventing or attempting to prevent a Walla Walla police detective from lawfully arresting him on March 2.
