- Tyleen K. Feekes, 45, 236 Malcolm St., was charged March 3 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Feekes is accused of unlawfully delivering hydrocodone and oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop on Oct. 22.
