Stateline and McDaniels roads, Milton-Freewater. Tuesday. Telephone poles stolen.


Umatilla County Sheriff

Appleton Road, Milton-Freewater. 3:16 p.m. Tuesday. Driver attempting to go around a parked vehicle clipped that vehicle's bumper. No injuries reported.

Joseph Hallie Butterfield III, 59, 107 N.W. 11th Ave. Tuesday. Charges: investigation of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass and two misdemeanor warrants.
