- John T. Schaefer III, 37, 205 Bush St., was charged March 16 with assault -- violation of protection order, and second-degree malicious mischief -- domestic violence. Schaefer is accused of violating an order of protection and assaulting a person, and knowingly and maliciously damaging property on March 15.
