The Blue Mountain Shrine Club, in conjunction with Shriners Hospitals for Children, is sponsoring a free health screening for children, 1-4 p.m. April 9 at the Adventist Health/Medical Group facility, 1125 S. Second Ave.
Parents or guardians may bring children needed care to be screened by a physician to determine if care might be provided at a Shrine hospital. No appointment is necessary. The child's birth certificate, Social Security number, immunization records, X-rays and custody papers should be brought to the clinic.
