sales tax: Hearing to take public comment on proposed sales tax increase of one-tenth of one percent to provide new or expanded mental health and chemical dependency treatment services. Matter to come before board at 10:45 a.m. during time for Public Health Department. Discussion and possible direction to staff or action on item may follow.
public works: Award contracts for Old Milton Highway road project and Luckenbill Quarry hydroseeding project. Also execute reimbursement agreement with city of Walla Walla for Reser Road utility improvements on county road project.
executive session: Executive session for collective bargaining issues. Item scheduled for 1:45 p.m.
finances: Commissioner Perry Dozier, county Auditor Karen Martin and county Treasurer Gordon Heimbigner to meet as county Finance Committee for update on county finances. Meeting to occur at 2:15 p.m.

awards: Presentation of Police Department annual traffic safety awards and employee of the year selection.
Grant: Authorize staff to accept $11,000 federal grant for purchase of surveillance camera system for Police Department. Expenditure to include additional $81.61 from department's budget.
training: Authorize Fire Department to apply for Washington State Patrol program to receive reimbursement of up to $10,800 for firefighter training equipment.

VENDOR LIST: Consider resolution establishing vendor list and small public works roster processes.
STREET CLOSURE: Consider request for closer of South Third Street for annual Third Street Church Sale May 7.
PARADE: Consider request from Dayton High School Alumni Association representative for permission to hold parade during Alumni Weekend in July.
WARRANTS: Consider resolutions voiding outstanding warrants and authorizing disbursements of warrants prior to formal Council approval.
