Tour of Walla Walla cycling event looks for volunteers

WALLA WALLA - The Tour of Walla Walla presented by Banner Bank is looking for people interested in volunteering for the cycling races April 15-17-.

The Tour is a four-stage race which expects about 600 riders from the U.S. and Canada to compete in the three-day event.

Volunteers are needed as corner marshals, for traffic control and race support vehicles. Volunteers are needed for Road Races in Waitsburg on April 15 and 17, and the morning of April 16 for the individual Time Trial beginning at Walla Walla Community College and in the afternoon for the downtown Criterium. Volunteers are asked to work in 3-4-hour shifts.
