TigerScots take advantage of errors to win in Pilot Rock

PILOT ROCK - Weston-McEwen took advance of Pilot Rock errors to take a 16-6 Special District 6 baseball game Tuesday.

"We got help from them defensively, and they had 16 walks," TigerScots coach T.J. Haguewood said. "Our offense has been struggling a little bit, and we didn't play our best defense, either. Scorewise, it looks good, but playing-wise we need to compete a little better."

The TigerScots host league-leading Stanfield at 11 a.m. Saturday for the final league twin bill before the district tournament.
