WALLA WALLA - Local players led the charge on the Southeast 2B softball honors roster.
Waitsburg-Prescott and Dayton had four players from each school chosen, while DeSales had two girls named to the list.
Dayton's Miwa Umeda, Nicole Lambert, Sam Harting and Kayla Turner; W-P's Alyssa Hafen, Hailey Goenen, Rachelle Oseth and Dionna Baker; and DeSales' Ashlyn Lyons and Stephanie Ferrel were all honored on the first team for their play in the 2011 season.
Dayton's Shelby Smith and Jessica Tate and W-P's Sarah Wilson were named honorable mention.
