- Jesus M. Reyes, 13, 501 W. Rose St., No. 57, was sentenced May 13 on one count fourth-degree assault. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 13 days served, 12 months community supervision, 40 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On April 29, Reyes pleaded guilty to under circumstances not amounting to assault in the first-, second-, third-degree or custodial assault, assaulting another person on March 23.
- Christian J. Ramos, 17, 930 W. Birch St., was sentenced May 6 on one count each fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 24 days served, nine months community supervision, 40 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On April 14 Ramos pleaded guilty to assaulting someone under circumstances not amounting to assault in the first-, second-, third-degree and to knowingly and maliciously causing physical damage to the property of another, not exceeding $750 on or about Sept. 19.
