WALLA WALLA -- A reception will be Friday evening for Turkish political cartoonist Meral Onat.
Onat's work "incorporated the social consciousness and radiated the realities and dilemmas of Turkish society," according to a release.
Friday's reception will be from 6-9 p.m. at Stephenson Wine Cellar, 15 S. Spokane St.
