MONDAY
budget: Presentation by county budget committee on county's proposed 2012 budget. Informational meeting only. Public hearing on budget will be held at commission's Dec. 5 meeting.
employment: Approve employment contract and relocation expenses for James L. Duncan, new director of Emergency Management Department.
surplus: Public hearing on request by county Public Works Department to declare certain items as surplus to allow for disposal by sale. Action on item may follow.
bid: Recommendation by Public Works director to reject only bid for road safety projects due to it exceeding allocated fund amount.
auction: Sign auction sale agreement with Booker Auction Company.
legislators: Meet with 16th District legislators to discuss items of mutual interest and upcoming legislative session.
TUESDAY
hearings: Public hearing to consider five appeals of denials for stormwater fee exemptions. No other business scheduled.
