budget: Public hearing on city's 2012 budget and annual budget ordinance. Action to approve budget ordinance may follow.
wastewater: Approve increase in monthly sewer rates by $2 per month per dwelling unit. Increase will generate about $84,000 anually. In addition to this increase, long-term debt service collections currently at $18 per unit will be reduced to $16.
annexation: Approve ordinance to annex portions of Northeast Lambert Street, Northeast Della Street and Northeast Spitzenberg Street which are currently partially inside and partially outside city limits.
annexation: Set date for public hearing on application to annex three parcels of property at 730 N.E. Rose Street.
water service: Authorize administration to enter into agreement to extend city water service to single residence located east of Dawson Drive.

golf course restaurant: Authorize one-year lease with Shelly’s Last Shot
hotel motel tax: Authorize transient tax.
