WALLA WALLA -- Street Division crews have finished the first round of loose leaf collection in all garbage collection areas as of Friday and have moved back into Tuesday's area for the second and final round of collections.
As a general rule:
Place loose leaves in the street along the curb near the gutter. Don't block stormwater grates.
Separate loose leaves and brush. The city no longer collects brush.
Park vehicles at least 10 feet away from piles.
Do not rake the leaves out in the driving lanes.
