Skyler Ian Glasby, 22, 115 S.W. First Ave., was arrested Sunday for investigation of several charges, including attempting to elude in a vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and being a felon in possession of a weapon.
On Sept. 9 Glasby and a female passenger were in a vehicle reported stolen from the Kennewick area when a Milton-Freewater police officer spotted the vehicle while on patrol.
Glasby took off and eluded capture, but his passenger was detained and gave police the driver's name, according to City Manager Linda Hall.
Acting on a tip, officers found Glasby at the Milton-Freewater Supper Club on Main Street, where he gave police a false name, Hall said. He was arrested without incident.
Glasby was lodged in the Umatilla County Jail with bail set at $42,000.
