A Stanfield, Ore., man died Thursday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 730 near the state line, police said.
According to a Washington State Patrol report, David L. Moore, 38, was driving a 1995 Dodge Neon west on the highway at 5:36 p.m. when he crossed the center line, continued off the shoulder and crashed into rocks.
Moore, the only person in the vehicle, was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene, police said.
