KAHLOTUS -- Installation of fish-tracking equipment will close the traffic crossing at Lower Monumental Dam starting Monday.
The crossing will be closed through Oct. 28 to allow installation of trolley pipes to hold the tracking equipment on the powerhouse and spillway.
