I would like to offer my endorsement of Dick Swenson for Walla Walla City Council.
I have known Dick for more than 20 years as a friend and colleague. I met Dick here in the United Kingdom as a work colleague and mentor and we became firm friends.
We have remained friends over time and distance and have stayed in each others homes. I think Dick would make an excellent councilman. He is highly intelligent and a skilled problem solver.
Dick is open to discussion and he always has good ideas no matter what the issue. His experience of business and life generally would be a significant asset to the Council.
I have always found Dick to be someone who will put himself out to help others and this is a quality I believe will ensure that he serves the people of Walla Walla well.
