  • Michael R. Jones, 17, 912 Figueroa St., was sentenced Oct. 7 on one count each first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree malicious mischief. The sentence included two days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for two days served, six months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Sept. 23 Jones pleaded guilty to knowingly entering and remaining in a residence and to knowingly and maliciously causing physical damage to property by kicking and damaging a door and door frame on June 26.

  • Jordin A. Grimm, 16, Kennewick, was sentenced Oct. 7 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act-use of drug paraphernalia. The sentence included five days in the Juvenile Justice Center, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Sept. 23 Grimm pleaded guilty to using drug paraphernalia on June 1.

  • Dylon J. Arrum, 15, Prescott, was sentenced Oct. 7 on one count second-degree theft. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, nine months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Sept. 23 Arrum pleaded guilty to wrongfully obtaining control of an 18-foot boat with a value exceeding $750 but less than $5000 with intent to deprive the owner of the boat on June 9.
