  • Rickia S. Wilson, 24, 920 Burns St., was sentenced Oct. 13 on one count unlawful imprisonment. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 33 days in the county jail, credit for 33 days served, 12 months community custody. On Oct. 10 Wilson pleaded guilty to unlawfully restraining another person by blocking that person's from leaving with a car driven by him on June 20.

  • Geoffrey E. Forcum, 40, 35 Button Quail Lane, was sentenced Oct. 13 on one count each second-degree identity theft, forgery and second-degree theft. The sentence included restitution of $13,186.58, $200 in court costs, $202.20 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 crime lab and biological fees, 45 days in the county jail converted to partial confinement, 12 months community custody. On Sept. 20 Forcum pleaded guilty to the charges.
