  • Dakota Phillips, 15, 302 Newell St., was sentenced Oct. 7 on one count contempt-truancy. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, nine months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Sept. 23 Phillips name pleaded guilty to intentionally disobeying a lawful court order requiring a student to attend school between Feb. 2 and March 31.

  • Brandon A. Jackson, 17, 502 Holly St., was sentenced Oct. 14 on one count each second-degree vehicle prowl, third-degree theft and minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 75 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 61 days served, 12 months community supervision, 45 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs, restitution of $21.77. On Sept. 30 Jackson pleaded guilty to unlawfully entering a vehicle with intent to do a crime and wrongfully obtaining unauthorized control of property of another of a value not exceeding $750 on Aug. 14 and knowingly possessing or consuming liquor while under age 21 on July 31.

  • Dustin A. Dabulskis, 17, 153 Biscuit Ridge Road, was sentenced Oct. 14 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act-possession of less than 40 grams marijuana. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 30 days served, nine months community supervision, 40 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Sept. 16 Dabulskis pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams marijuana on July 14.
