Blue Devils sweep past Eisenhower

YAKIMA - Wa-Hi won a three-set Big Nine 4A match with Eisenhower here Thursday, cruising past the Cadets 25-18, 25-10 and 25-22.

The victory marked a season sweep of the Cadets for Wa-Hi, who beat Eisenhower earlier this season in three sets as well.

The match was the regular-season finale for the Blue Devils, and Wa-Hi most likely hosts the Cadets Thursday in the first round of the district tournament.

Torri Crawford recorded eight kills and Devyn Humphreys seven for the Blue Devils.

Tianna Cummings came up with 20 digs, Kennedy Snyder had eight digs, and Brogan Watson and Franny Eacker-Rude each put up 10 assists.
