  • Ronald L. Wilson, 47, 205 Woodland Ave., Apt. 7, was charged Sept. 6 with two counts of harassment -- domestic violence, and one count of fourth-degree assault -- domestic violence. Wilson is accused of knowingly and unlawfully threatening to kill a person and cause bodily injury to the person, and assaulting the person on Sept. 5.

  • Michael B. McFetridge, 21, 515 Sturm Ave., was sentenced Sept. 6 on one count each taking a motor vehicle without owner permission; driving under the influence; violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act-possession of less than 40 grams marijuana; and violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act-possession of paraphernalia. The sentence included restitution of $1,620.43, $200 in court costs, $165.80 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $250 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fine, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 each crime lab and biological fees, 118 days in the county jail, credit for two days served, 12 months probation for three of the counts. On Aug. 22 McFetridge pleaded guilty to intentionally taking a Honda motorcycle; driving a vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor; unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams marijuana; and using drug paraphernalia to inhale a controlled substance, all on May 15.

  • Sierra Flores, 21, 814 W. Poplar St. was sentenced Sept 6 on two counts violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act-delivery of hydrocodone. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $44 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 biological fee, 20 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 11 days served, 12 months community custody. On Aug. 22 Flores pleaded guilty to unlawfully delivering hydrocodone to another person on March 31 and April 4.
