WALLA WALLA -- Deputies arrested a Milton-Freewater woman after she allegedly used her SUV to ram her ex-boyfriend's car after a high speed chase from Rooks Park to Isaacs Avenue on Thursday morning.

According to a Walla Walla County Sheriff's report, around 11 a.m. Griselda Salinas Garduno, 27, of 206 N.W. Eighth Ave., Milton-Freewater, had a physical altercation with Samuel Sanchez Orozco, 29, of 138 S.E. Sixth Ave., Milton-Freewater and Emilia Ruiz, whose age and address were not disclosed.

Witnesses report that after the altercation, Sanchez Orozco and Ruiz sped off in a 1990 Plymouth Colt, almost hitting a pedestrian and a dog, with Salinas Garduno chasing in a Cadillac Escalade.

Both vehicles were reported to have sped down Mill Creek Road and Isaacs Avenue, when Sanchez Orozco turned into a business driveway at 3380 E. Isaacs Ave.

Sanchez Orozco then drove his vehicle through the adjacent field at 3344 Isaacs, near Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital, with Salinas in pursuit, officials said.

The report said Sanchez Orozco was heading back to Isaacs Avenue when Salinas rammed the front end of his Colt with the Escalade.

Salinas Garduno was arrested for investigation of second degree domestic-violence assault and booked into the Walla Walla County Jail.

No injuries were reported.
