PENDLETON - Karissa Carrilo's goal 20 minutes into Tuesday's non-league girls soccer match here staked Mac-Hi to a 1-0 lead.
But it was all Pendleton after that as the Buckaroos rallied for a 2-1 halftime lead and a 4-1 victory.
"The first half was good, but the second half was all downhill," Mac-Hi coach Martin Martinez said.
Pioneers goalkeeper Kalyn Odman did her best to keep Mac-Hi in the match by deflecting 20 shots-on-goal.
"They outshot us 22-4," Martinez said. "Kalyn did a good job for us. It could have been a lot worse."
Mac-Hi's season record slid to 1-3-1. The Pioneers are 1-0 in Greater Oregon League play and travel to Ontario Saturday for a noon league counter.
