Garfield County commissioners are Dean Burton. Wynne McCabe and Robert Johnson. With all present Monday, the board voted as follows:
- roads: Heard update on Falling Springs Road and Peola Road projects from county engineer.
- solid waste: Approved contract with state Department of Ecology for $4,500 to fund inspection of landfills and solid waste recycling services by county Health Department.
- mental health: Signed state and federal contracts for mental health services in county through Greater Columbia Behavioral Health Regional Service Network.
