Watercolor, ukelele lessons offered at Carnegie

Walla Walla Parks & Recreation is offering watercolor painting and ukulele classes starting in April at the Carnegie Art Center, 109 S. Palouse St.

The painting classes, for beginners to advanced students, will be taught by Joyce Anderson, a local watercolor artist.

Classes for beginners are held Mondays from April 9-May 14 at 5:30-7:30 p.m. Cost is $61.

Intermediate and advanced classes are scheduled on Tuesdays from April 10-May 29 at 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. Cost is $90.

The ukulele class will be taught by Roy Anderson. It is open to people 12 years and older and will be held 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays from April 10 to May 29. Cost is $40.
