  • David Woodrow-Salazar, 18, 415 N. Fifth Ave. was sentenced March 16 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The sentence included 15 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On March 2 Woodrow-Salazar pleaded guilty to using drug paraphernalia to introduce a controlled substance into the human body on Nov. 18.

  • Vincente C. Flores, Jr. was sentenced March 30 on one count minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 20 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for eight days served, 12 months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On March 16 Flores pleaded guilty to knowingly possessing or consuming liquor while under age 21, on Dec. 18.

  • Tyler J. Hays, 15, 608 Hope St., was sentenced March 30 on one count each harassment and fourth-degree assault. The sentence included 60 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 58 days served, 12 months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On March 16 Hays pleaded guilty to knowingly and without lawful authority threatening to cause bodily harm to another, putting her in reasonable fear that the threat would be carried out, on Dec. 13 and under circumstances not amounting to assault in the first-, second-, third-degree or custodial assault did assault another person on Feb. 29.
