Heather R. Clark-Whiteley, 26, Richland, was charged March 29 with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, third-degree possessing stolen property, and third-degree theft. Clark-Whiteley is accused of unlawfully possessing a stolen Honda Accord; knowingly possessing, receiving, retaining, concealing or disposing of a stolen license plate; and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over miscellaneous merchandise belonging to Walmart on March 28. Joan P. Witherrite, 19, 574 Iverson Road, Burbank, was charged March 29 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Witherrite is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams of marijuana, and using drug paraphernalia on March 29. Tina M. McKillip, 34, address not confirmed, was charged April 4 with two counts of second-degree assault and one count of fourth-degree assault. McKillip is accused of assaulting a person on March 7 and assaulting two other people on March 31. William H. Smith, 30, address not confirmed, was charged April 9 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Smith is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and less than 40 grams of marijuana on April 7. Nicholas A. Tucker, 27, no permanent address listed, was charged April 10 with residential burglary and third-degree theft. Tucker is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime, and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over a digital camera on April 9. Sabrina M. Wise, 37, 230 W. Whitman Drive, No. 2, College Place, was charged April 10 with second-degree burglary, second-degree possessing stolen property, second-degree vehicle prowling, and third-degree theft. Wise is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a building with the intent to commit a crime; knowingly receiving, possessing or disposing of stolen property; unlawfully entering or remaining in a vehicle with the intent to commit a crime; and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over miscellaneous items on April 8. Anthony L. Tiedemann, 24, 971 Hobson St., was charged April 13 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Tiedemann is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and using drug paraphernalia on April 12. Cesar E. Ruiz, 27, 614 S.E. Mockingbird Lane, College Place, was charged April 16 with two counts of residential burglary, one count of resisting arrest, and two counts of indecent exposure. Ruiz is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in two dwellings with the intent to commit a crime, intentionally preventing or attempting to prevent officers from lawfully arresting him, and intentionally exposing himself on two occasions on April 13. Dyllin J. Trottier, 19, 40 E. Walnut St., was charged April 16 with residential burglary, third-degree theft, and third-degree malicious mischief. Trottier is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime, wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over jewelry, and knowingly and maliciously damaging property on April 13.
