College Place — A bond measure to fix up College Avenue and Rose Street appears on the road to passage in Tuesday's voting.
The vote total Tuesday night stood at 702-291, or 70.7 percent to 29.3 percent. The measure requires a supermajority of 60 percent.
College Place has 4,490 registered voters.
The next count is scheduled for Thursday.
