Mike Talbott and Tom Bensel will face off in November in the race for the position 2 seat on the Columbia County commission. Anne Higgins was eliminated in Tuesday's balloting.
Vote totals were: Talbott, 171; Higgins, 107; and Bensel, 143.
The next count is scheduled for Aug. 21, the date of certification for the election.
