Being College Place residents Dick and I have hesitated writing about the library dilemma, but the Union-Bulletin's Our Opinion column on Wednesday voiced our opinion perfectly.
Library services are a community need and what a wonderful library we could have if all city of Walla Walla, county and College Place residents could coordinate efforts and taxes. We would all come out ahead.
