Eric F. Coston, 29, Washington State Penitentiary, 1313 N. 13th Ave., was charged Aug. 7 with possession of a controlled substance by a prisoner. Coston is accused of knowingly possessing marijuana at the institution on May 4.

Robert Shawn M. Vega, 37, 1403 Drumheller St., Apt. A, was charged Aug. 8 with two counts of second-degree theft and one count of third-degree theft. Vega is accused of appropriating two lost or misdelivered credit cards, and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over goods or services between April 27 and May 17.

Jose Luis Gonzalez, 35, 623 Military St., was charged Aug. 8 with second-degree malicious mischief. Gonzalez is accused of knowingly and maliciously damaging a pickup on June 1.

Jeremy J. Prishmont, 22, address not confirmed, was charged Aug. 8 with second-degree assault. Prishmont is accused of using a shovel to intentionally assault a person on Aug. 7.

Larry T. Lawley, 46, address not available, was charged Aug. 8 with violation of protection order and with harassment. Lawley is accused of violating a protection order, restraining order or no-contact order; and knowingly and unlawfully threatening to kill a person on Aug. 5.

Danielle M. Fitzpatrick, 27, 212 N. Roosevelt St., No. 15, was charged Aug. 9 with residential burglary, third-degree theft and fourth-degree assault. Fitzpatrick is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime, wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over miscellaneous items, and slapping and hitting a person on Aug. 8.

Lori L. Foreman, 21, 459 S.E. 12th St., College Place, was charged Aug. 10 with second-degree assault — domestic violence. Foreman is accused of pointing a knife at a person in a threatening manner on Aug. 9.

Barbara E. Coble, 44, 150 S. Wilbur Ave., Apt. 46, was charged Aug. 13 with first-degree trafficking in stolen property and second-degree possessing stolen property. Coble is accused of trafficking in stolen property on Aug. 3; and knowingly receiving, possessing, retaining, concealing or disposing of a stolen credit card on Aug. 5.
