Ninth Avenue and Orchard Street, Tuesday. Vehicle versus bicycle collision; possible injuries to back, knee and elbow of bicyclist reported.

Ray E. Avera, 50, 605 Military Street, Wednesday. Charge: investigation of driving under the influence, and intimidating a public servant.

Larry E. Hoy, Jr., 38, 852 Brickner Road, Wednesday. Charge: investigation of first-degree assault and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

Miscellaneous
WW Police
700 block of North 12th Avenue, Wednesday. Three gang members were arrested for disorderly conduct after allegedly attempting to start a fight with another man at his home. Witnesses reported the altercation was a continuation of a fight that broke out the previous day.
