David Horsey’s political cartoon published Aug. 9 is indecent and demeaning to athletes and men and women alike.
Surely, men and women can appreciate each other’s bodies and athleticism without making it something sexual. The Olympic athletes have trained for years to be their best and do their best for their country only to be made fun of in a newspaper that should be above such trashy activity. We have enough of that on television. You could have done better.
