- Property Sale: Read opinion paper from Garfield County Prosecutor on sale of county property.
- Public Health: Public Health District board approved two resolutions to receive grant funding from Spokane Regional Health District and from Department of Health for bioterrorism planning.
- Rural Schools Fund: Approved resolution for disposition of county portion of RAC Rural Schools funds.
- Public Health: Approved resolution for fund transfers to Public Health District.
