Surplus Property: Approved resolution for sale of bunkhouse property to McGregors. Unanimous.
Garbage: Discussed upcoming garbage contract rate increase with BDI.
Revenue Bond: Approved refinance of 2002 sewer revenue bond with Banner Bank. Unanimous.
Library: Discussed possible annexation of Waitsburg into Walla Walla Rural Library District.
Facilities: Approved update to capital facilities plan. Unanimous.
Flood Unanimous: Approved withdrawal of city’s sponsorship of Coppei flood control project. Unanimous.
Animal Control: Heard update on animal control program.
Real Estate: Approved purchase of surplus railroad land adjacent to fairgrounds. Unanimous.
