NW Christian defeats Walla Walla Univesity in three sets

COLLEGE PLACE — Northwest Christian won a three-set volleyball match with Walla Walla University here Wednesday night, 25-22, 25-13, 25-12.

Courtney Zaro had 12 kills for the Wolves to go with seven digs.

Rebekah Gaines picked up eight digs for WWU, and Kelsie Schafer dished out 19 assists.

Tami Brown led NW Christian with nine kills, Dana McGowan came up with 14 digs and Cori Wallace had 17 assists.

The Wolves next travel to Dillion, Mont., for matches on Wednesday.
